As part of the first Bilateral Consultation Meeting between Cabo Verde and India, which took place this Monday, March 18, 2024, at the Palace of Communities, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Regional Integration, Dr. Rui Figueiredo Soares, received, on a courtesy visit, Ambassador Shri Sevala Naik Mude, Secretary of State of the Ministry of External Affairs of India, responsible for Central and West Africa affairs within said Ministry.
